Hello, Friend:

So, you’re thinking about hiring a coach? CLICK HERE to schedule your free 30 minute Clarity Call with me.

Why would you want a coach? Well, you might be ready to walk away from a miserable job. Or at least look for options. Or maybe you just got promoted into your prized leadership role . . . and suddenly, you’ve got a huge case of Imposter Syndrome.

Or you may think another job - in or out of clinical medicine - may be right for you, and you’d love help navigating the waters.

Or you don’t truly hate your job, but you feel blah, time crunched, lacking in fun and joy, for sure.

You are not alone.

And it doesn’t have to be that way.

Starla Fitch MD Coaching

My clients have gone through it all, as have I. I’m delighted to share that many of my physician clients have successfully and gracefully exited from non-desirable, soul-sucking jobs and landed better positions that they now love.

They’ve restructured their job, without uprooting their family, to one that better matches their needs: clinically, emotionally, family-wise.

They’ve negotiated for WAY improved compensation, bonus structures, getting a scribe.

They’ve gone from “Take this job and shove it,” to “Wow, I didn’t know I could love my work.”

Starla Fitch MD Coaching

After going through life altering burnout, hiring a coach, and working with coaches over several years, I realized that having someone in your corner changes everything. I trained with Oprah’s Life Coach, Dr. Martha Beck, and became certified. And I also became a certified Whole Health Medicine Institute Physician under Dr. Lissa Rankin.

How Does Coaching Work?

The best way coaching works is with a support system and structure to move you beyond your current roadblocks and keep you from getting stuck. A coach helps you create a game plan and take the next best steps. Coaching sessions are done via phone calls at pre-arranged times.

Here's what my clients say about working with me:

Grateful Doctor

“I began to consider hiring a coach as I felt like I was entering a critical point in my career as CMO. The fabulous Starla Fitch helped me negotiate a 30% raise, a scribe, an administrative assistant, dedicated professional development funds and time (in addition to CME), and an increase to 3 admin days per week. There is no way I would have accomplished this without Starla’s insight and encouragement. I am truly thankful for her!”
